OUR PROJECT
To be able to travel is a great privilege. We are truly the privileged ones on this planet and need to keep those in mind who are in need. In my beautiful and fascinating India there are many needs.
My brothers and I grew up in a wonderful colonial house in the best location in the city of Varanasi. We have now converted the house into an orphanage. In remembrance of our father it is called the Eliezer John Memorial Orphanage. Ben John, an engineer and his wife Susan, a pharmacist lead this work. They both gave up bright carriers in Canada to devote their lives to the underprivileged of Varanasi. At the moment there are 19 children that have found a home here. While in Varanasi you are welcome to visit with us. Or write if you would like to support a child. I would be more than happy to share our vision of a better world with you.
